1. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–9 working days. We handcraft and pack each order with love, so it’s worth the wait. 

2. Are your products safe for all skin types?

Yes! ENQ products are formulated to be gentle yet effective. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first.

3. What if my order arrives damaged or missing an item?

We’ve got you covered. Reach out to us within 24 hours with your order details, and our team will fix it for you ASAP.

4. Refund & Return Policy? 

At ENQ, every product is freshly crafted with love and care just for you. Because of the nature of skincare and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, your happiness matters to us. If:

  • Your order arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • An item is missing from your order,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number + photos, and our team will resolve it for you right away.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For prepaid orders: Since all ENQ products are freshly prepared in small batches after an order is placed, if a prepaid order has been shipped but the customer chooses not to accept it, only 40% of the amount will be refunded. This is to cover the production and packaging costs already incurred for that custom batch.
